AGS is a new Pak Suzuki Automatic Transmission Manual (AMT) technology developed by the company that is installed in most compact Pak Suzuki cars such as the Alto, WagonR, and Cultus. These transmissions are light, reliable, and relatively cost-effective than other automatic transmissions such as CVT, DCT, or conventional automatic transmissions.
These transmissions are inexpensive, easy to maintain, and completely reliable, so they are usually installed in small, fuel-efficient vehicles. However, it only responds a little slower and doesn’t work the same way as other automatic transmissions, so it’s only suitable for small cars.
Keep in mind, however, that these two cars are sufficient for cars like the Wagon R and Alto, as these are intercity roads and rarely travel on highways passing through the highway, from Gwadar to the Himalayas. And even if I do, these AGS cars will hold up well.
