Google Meet is Finally Launched a popular video calling app is free for everyone

Late last month, Google launched Google Meet, a popular video calling app, for free to all users.

And now all users can download and use it. On April 29, the company announced in a blog that from May, GoogleMeet will be available for free to all people who have a Gmail account.

During the Coronavirus epidemic, the number of Zoom users increased from 10 million to 200 million in just a few months, and Google announced that its premium video conferencing software, Google Meet, is now available for free to all users.

Earlier, the software was part of the G Suite business service package, which costs 6$ per person per month.

But now Google Meet has made video meetings of hundreds of people possible on its website, iOS or Android.

Google Calendar will also be able to start or join a video meeting, using extended tile view layouts such as real-time captions and zoom.

According to Google, the duration of the free account meeting will be 60 minutes per person, but this rule will apply after September 30.

Google has already made the premium features available to G-Suite users free until September 30, but unlike free service users, paid monthly subscribers can add up to 250 people to a video call.

You can also record and save live streams with 100,000 viewers.

But access to a free video conferencing service will also benefit many people who are confined to their homes as a result of the epidemic.

You can use Google Meet for free by following this link or even after installing the app on smartphones.

Google Meet Advancements

Google now says in a new blog that Google Meet was developed for business meetings and is now available to everyone for free.

According to the company, since the release of the advanced features Meet for G-Suite and G-Suite for Education customers in March, its daily usage rate has increased 30 times.

Google Meet now has 3 billion minutes of video meetings per day, compared to an average of 3 million users per month last month, and the service is now being rolled out to people around the world.

The company said that now anyone can sign up with an email address and go to Google Mate’s website and use it for free
